The Violence Must Stop!: Project SAFE

Gang violence (shootings, stabbings, etc.) peppers news headlines here, but a community partnership led by the Modesto Police Department is tackling the problem head-on, delivering a two-fold message to gangs: the violence must stop; and the community will help individuals who choose productive lives over the gang lifestyle. PROJECT SAFE!  Special Guests: Modesto Police Capt. Michael Harris, and Det. Robert Gumm; Martha Cisneros, Intake Coordinator for Gang Youth; Leslie Antonis, ER Trauma Nurse; and Boni Driskill, whose innocent teenage daughter was shot and killed by gang members.
